1. Record - With 50 years experience worldwide, Record has a wide range of high-tech products to meet the requirements of modern building automation. This Record technology in swing door operators and slide door systems is quieter than other automated systems. One new feature, the S.M.A.R.T. (Self Monitored Accurate Reporting Technology) panel tells you at a glance, what is happening with your door, ie. "Obstruction". Its read-screen notifies the user which part needs replacement due to failure or abuse. In addition to these newest design features, Record now offers a one year warranty on installations as standard on their automatic swing door operators and slide door systems.
   
2. We service ALL automatic door systems; including Horton, Record, Besam, Gyrotech, Stanley, Dorma, Dor-O-Matic, Keane Monroe, BEA, Optex, Curran and others.

3. What guarantees or warranties do you have for your doors?

1. All Record installs come with a 1 year warranty. Warranty extensions are available.

1. Vancouver, Greater Vancouver (inc. Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Whistler, Hope) and other regions of British Columbia.

5. Time frames on service calls?

1. When a service call is received it goes into Priority 1/Emergency, Priority 2, and Priority 3
2. Priority 1/Emergency - same day service (if door cannot be opened or locked for security purposes, interferes with regular business)
3. Priority 2 - 1-5 Business days (non emergency, affects business or security)
4. Priority 3 - 3-7 business days (non emergency, does not affect business)

6. What should I do in case of Emergency?

1. Call the office at 604-942-4557, on the weekends this line is forwarded to our On-Call Service Technician. Your Emergency calls are always given top priority.

7. Where is the AAADMS Training for BC held?

1. We are the official AAADMS Educational Facility for BC. To find out dates, course information and any other details please contact our office located in beautiful Port Coquitlam. Continue to watch our website for updates, and reminder that spots are "first come first served".

1. All of our Techs are AAADMS Certified and trained to the highest standards
2. Our Tech team includes: Glazier, Mechanical Engineer, Journeyman, and a Pre-line Engineer
