AAADM Training Course Dates

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding the AAADM Certification Course at our training facility located in Port Coquitlam BC. The American Association of Automatic Doors Manufacturers (AAADM) is a trade association of power operated automatic door manufacturers established in 1994 to raise public awareness about automatic doors and administer a program to certify automatic door inspectors. AAADM Training is a vital certification that many Architects and Project planners require for Automatic Door installation and service.

The AAADM’s training course will be held from March 19th – 22nd, 2012 with attendance mandatory to receive the AAADM Certification. The final exam will be held on Thursday March 22nd.

The cost for the course is $355.00US. Daily snacks and lunches are provided and included in the fee. Please let us know well in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary concerns.

We will need to know who is interested in attending so we can get the registration forms out to you before the end of January 2012. This course will be limited to 20 attendees, on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Please note, requirements as a prerequisite to taking the AAADM Certified Inspector training program, a candidate must be an individual who has;

1. Worked in the automatic pedestrian door industry for 6 months, OR
2. Worked in the automatic pedestrian door industry for at least 90 days AND has taken a factory training course of an AAADM member.
